Return Policy
In-Store Purchases: All vacuums purchased in-store carry a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. If you don’t love the vacuum you purchased from us, bring it back for a full-refund. Please note, machines must be in resalable condition and if there are signs of abuse or misuse, returns cannot be accepted. Machines purchased with a credit/debit card can only be refunded on the card used in the original transaction. Cash and check purchases will receive a refund via a company check within 5-7 business days of return.
Online Purchases:
Keep receipt for warranty purposes. All returned items must have a valid return authorization number (RA#) issued by Keystone Vacuum within 30 days from date of invoice. Product must be received by us within 14 days of RA# issuance. No returns will be accepted or credited without an RA# written clearly on return package label. Product must be returned in brand new resalable condition with original packing and container, which includes all manuals and materials. Returned shipping costs of merchandise is at your own expense. . Steam cleaners and carpet shampooers are not returnable once used, if they are defective then the machine would be covered under the manufacturers guarantee. If you have returned merchandise that had free shipping we will deduct the shipping charges incurred from your credit.
