At Keystone Vacuum, standard shipping is free on every order—with a minimum order of just $15. From replacement bags and belts to vacuums and central vacuum attachment kits, standard shipping is included in our prices.

For customers in the Pittsburgh area, we also offer next-day local delivery on in-stock SEBO, Miele, Titan, Riccar, Oreck, and Hoover vacuums ordered by 3 p.m. Eastern Time.

Next-Day Vacuum Delivery to Pittsburgh

Order your in-stock SEBO, Miele, Titan, Riccar, Oreck, or Hoover vacuum by 3 p.m. Eastern Time to qualify for next-day local delivery to eligible addresses in the Pittsburgh area.

Simply place your order online. If your selected machine is out of stock, we’ll contact you to discuss availability, alternative options, and expected delivery timing.

Orders placed after 3 p.m. do not qualify for next-day delivery.

When Will My Order Ship?

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours, subject to our carrier pickup schedule.

We process orders Monday through Saturday, with carrier pickups Monday through Friday, excluding carrier holidays. Orders prepared on Saturday generally leave on Monday, or the next available pickup day.

Orders placed after Friday’s pickup or over the weekend may not begin their journey until Monday. This pickup schedule applies to carrier shipments and is separate from our Pittsburgh local delivery service.

Shipping Methods

We select shipping methods that balance economical service with prompt delivery.

Bags, belts, filters, and smaller attachments ship using the most economical suitable service that still gets your order to you quickly. The carrier and service may vary by package and destination.

Vacuums, powerheads, central vacuum attachment kits, and other larger items ship via UPS, unless fulfilled through our local delivery service.

Whichever standard shipping method we select, shipping is included in your purchase price.

Shipping Time vs. Delivery Time

For standard carrier shipments, shipping within 24 hours means getting your order on its way—it does not mean delivery within 24 hours.

Arrival times depend on your destination and the shipping service used. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery estimates.

Our next-day Pittsburgh delivery offer applies specifically to eligible in-stock vacuums ordered by the 3 p.m. cutoff.

Special Orders & Backordered Items

Special-order and backordered items require additional processing time. If an item you order is unavailable for immediate shipment or delivery, we’ll contact you to discuss the expected timeframe and available options.

Delivery Questions or Problems

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us promptly so we can determine whether it can be corrected before shipment or delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, contains missing items, or appears to be delayed, contact us for assistance. For damaged shipments, keep the original packaging and take photos of the box and contents to help us resolve the issue.
