The Cleaning Tools
The included STB305-3 Turbo Brush is ideal for low-medium pile area rugs and carpeting. The air-driven brushroll whisks away pet hair, dirt, and dust, all while giving the carpet pile a beautiful groomed appearance.
The Miele SBD365-3 Combination Floor Tool makes it easy to clean hard floors and delicate area rugs with one attachment. Use the foot pedal to lower the built-in brush for cleaning luxury vinyl plank (LVP), tile, and hardwood floors, then retract it for suction-only cleaning on delicate rugs and carpeting. With no rotating brushroll, it’s a practical choice for surfaces that require gentle cleaning.
Neatly stored beneath the cover of the Miele Guard M1 are three onboard accessories for cleaning beyond your floors. The upholstery tool features integrated lint pickers to help lift pet hair and lint from furniture, draperies, and cushions. The pivoting dusting brush adjusts to the angle of the surface you’re cleaning, making it easy to dust trim, air vents, picture frames, and more. For tight spaces, the crevice tool reaches between couch cushions, along baseboards, and into corners.

Miele has made air filtration a priority for decades, continually refining its filter bags, exhaust filters, and sealed vacuum systems to help keep collected dust where it belongs. The Miele Guard M1 Cat & Dog carries on that tradition with a high-capacity, self-sealing HyClean disposable bag and an Active AirClean filter. A layer of activated charcoal helps adsorb odors from pet hair, dust, and debris—an especially useful feature in homes with pets.
